The club members maintain high standards in safety and health. A rigorous approach to safety is maintained with every member required to work in a safe manner to help prevent accidents. All our woodworking machines are fitted with appropriate safety guards that must be used at all times.
Thanks to the ongoing support of Glasgow Life and Glasgow City Council’s Area Partnerships, the Glasgow Woodworking Club has recently been able to upgrade our workshop with new dust extraction equipment to reduce the impact of wood dust for our members.
